Two online lectures on Using quantum annealers for solving optimization problems will be presented on 26 and 28  of October 2021, 14:00 - 16:00 by Dr. Hristo Djidjev, researcher at the CoE for Informatics and ICT. More information here.

In the period June 5 – 10, 2022 Second International Workshop Numerical Solution of Fractional Differential Equations and Applications NSFDE&A’22 will take place in Sozopol, Bulgaria. The workshop is organized by the Institute of Information and Communication Technologies, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and MIV Consult Ltd. in cooperation with  Bulgarian Section of SIAM (BG SIAM) and the Center of Excellence in Informatics and Information and Communication Technologies (CoE in Informatics and ICT). An introductory HPC training with practical demonstrations on the Avitohol supercomputer, will be held hybrid on March 24 (Friday) from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at IICT-BAS premises, hall 105 of bl. 25A.
